The Lydia House Community Outreach has always been rooted in a simple commitment: serve people, strengthen community, and connect resources where they are needed most.
Recently, our leadership team came together for a 3–5 year strategic planning session to consider an important question:
Where do we want The Lydia House Community Outreach to be in the next 3–5 years, and what must we begin building now to get there?
The vision is bold.
We see a future where Lydia House grows into an even stronger community resource hub, connecting people to nourishment, health and wellness, education, workforce opportunities, second-chance pathways, practical resources, and productive community partnerships.
We are also thinking intentionally about sustainability. As our impact grows, so must our capacity to support the work. That means strengthening our systems, pursuing grants and other funding opportunities, developing productive partnerships, expanding our volunteer network, and ultimately building the organizational infrastructure necessary to serve our community for years to come.
Sowing Into the Vision
Our 3–5 year vision includes the potential for transformational investment in facilities, programs, people, partnerships, and organizational capacity.
We know this vision will not happen overnight. It will happen one relationship, one volunteer, one partnership, one grant, and one seed at a time.
We invite you to learn more about where we believe Lydia House can go and how today’s support can help us build toward tomorrow.
Read our 3–5 Year Donor Vision Brief below.
And if this vision speaks to you, we invite you to sow a seed into the future of The Lydia House Community Outreach.
Your support helps us continue serving today while building the capacity to serve even more tomorrow.
Give. Partner. Volunteer. Help us build what comes next.
