We are grateful.
Lydia House Community Outreach has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the Prospect Goshen Rotary Club.
The grant was presented on October 6, 2026 at DiOrio’s Pizza & Pub in Prospect. It will replace three doors at the Lydia House, helping us keep the house safe and welcoming for the neighbors we serve every week with nutritious meals, consistent support, and care for families facing food insecurity and housing instability in Smoketown, Shelby Park, and across Louisville.
Thank you to Terry Chambers and the Prospect Goshen Rotary Foundation for advocating for Lydia House, and for standing with the people of this community. Thank you also to Rotary International for the matching support that made this grant possible.
Special thanks to DiOrio’s Pizza & Pub in Prospect for hosting us so graciously. The entire experience was amazing, the wings were delicious, and the pizza was second to none. Thank you for making our celebration feel like family.
